About the Role
We’re looking for driven, creative, and coachable SDRs to join our global team. As a Sales Development Representative at Sellerate, you’ll work alongside our clients, using outbound channels to open doors, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified meetings that lead to revenue.
This is a client-facing role, ideal for people who love learning about businesses, working toward goals, and connecting with others. You don’t need to be an expert, we’ll train you. However, you do need strong communication skills, a natural curiosity, and a growth mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
- Personalizing and executing outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for your client
- Handling objections and building rapport with executive-level contacts
- Organizing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
- Working closely with your client and our internal team to iterate and improve outreach strategies
- Meeting weekly KPIs across activities and outcomes
- Using CRM tools and spreadsheets to track performance and insights
- Contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken, C1+ strongly preferred)
- Have at least 1 year of work experience (in sales, customer support, or any client-facing role)
- Are curious and driven, you want to understand people and open conversations that matter
- Thrive in structured, fast-paced environments with clear KPIs
- Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Enjoy experimenting with creative outreach (emails, subject lines, messaging)
- Want to build a long-term career in sales
- Are excited about working with clients across different time zones, industries, and cultures
Nice to have:
- Experience using CRM platforms or sales engagement tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or cold calling
- A background in B2B tech or SaaS industries
